AI policy, grounded in practice.

OmniTrust is a specialist consultancy bridging AI governance and implementation. We work with international organisations, governments, and public institutions — helping them move from AI strategy and regulation into deployable practice. Based in Cairo. Working across MENA.

About OmniTrust

A small senior team. Built around practice, not pitch decks.

Read our story →

OmniTrust exists for institutions that need AI to work — credibly, safely, and on the timelines their stakeholders actually face. International organisations running cross-country AI programmes. Public bodies translating policy into capability. Governments drafting frameworks that will be tested in production within a year.

We bridge the gap between the policy team and the engineering team — the gap most AI programmes stall in. Our founder has worked on Egypt’s first AI regulation bill, designed AI capacity-building for parliament, and delivered AI integrations in real operational settings. Our senior associates bring complementary expertise across AI policy, public-sector delivery, and applied machine learning.

What we do

Three practices, one delivery model.

Each engagement is led by a senior practitioner with skin in the game — never an interview-and-switch. Below: what we do, in plain language.

01 / Practice

AI Governance & Regulation

From draft legislation to operational policy. We help governments and institutions design AI frameworks that hold up under scrutiny — and write the playbooks that turn them into practice.

  • AI regulatory drafting & review
  • Risk & impact assessment frameworks
  • Public-sector AI policy advisory
  • Compliance readiness for international standards
02 / Practice

AI Capacity-Building

Programmes that move institutional AI literacy from theory to working knowledge. Designed for parliaments, ministries, and international-org partners — delivered by people who do the work, not just teach it.

  • Parliamentary & ministerial AI literacy
  • Executive & senior-leader briefings
  • Curriculum design & train-the-trainer
  • Multi-stakeholder programme delivery
03 / Practice

Architecture & AI Integration

Reference architectures and senior delivery for AI-enabled services in regulated environments. We design systems we’d be willing to operate ourselves — and we hand them over working and documented.

  • Solution architecture & technical advisory
  • LLM & AI integration design
  • Evaluation, retrieval & governance harnesses
  • Programme & delivery leadership
Why OmniTrust

A bench you can actually reach.

01

Founder-led on every engagement

You brief the founder. The founder leads the work. No pitch-team-to-delivery-team handoff, no juniors learning on your programme.

02

Policy and practice in one room

We’ve drafted regulation and shipped systems. Most consultancies do one or the other. The combination is what closes the gap most AI programmes get stuck in.

03

MENA-grounded, internationally fluent

Cairo-based, working in Arabic and English, with direct experience of how international-org programmes actually land in the region.

04

Outcomes, not deliverables

Statements of work specify the operational outcome we will move — a framework adopted, a programme delivered, a system in production — not the page count of a report.

05

Senior associates, intentionally small

We work with a tight bench of senior associates across AI policy, ML engineering, and public-sector delivery. We say no when we cannot staff to that standard.

06

Independent, by design

We have no reseller agreements, no vendor margin to defend. We recommend tools, models, and partners on merit — including telling you when the answer is not to buy anything.

How we engage

A delivery model designed for your auditor as much as your CTO.

Engagements are structured in named phases with named owners. Every phase has a written outcome and a clean exit.

Phase 00

Discovery

60-minute call · scope + budget shape · no charge.

Typical · 1 week
Phase 01

Diagnostic

Fixed-fee assessment, written PoV, costed roadmap.

Typical · 2–4 weeks
Phase 02

Design

Framework, reference architecture, or programme design — sequenced for delivery.

Typical · 4–8 weeks
Phase 03

Build / Deliver

Senior team alongside yours · iterative delivery · clean documentation.

Typical · 3–12 months
Phase 04

Operate / Handover

Runbooks, metrics, training · clean exit by design.

Typical · Defined

Have a brief that needs policy and engineering in the same room?

Start with a 60-minute discovery call. We will come back inside a week with a written point of view and a costed shape — or tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
